Well...tis the NEW YEAR! I can remember back when I was in high school celebrating the year 2000! It doesn't seem like that long ago! This year I vow to stay true to myself and accomplish things right away and not put them off. I will be more healthy and stick to a plan. I will also try to spend more time with my family and just enjoy every day although many times it is hard to get out of bed to get your rear to work.

I also believe 5 of us made a promise that we would run a 5k this year. Although I have done this once before...I do not have the "running lungs" I once did! ;)

Vacay is coming up around the corner. PLAYA DEL CARMEN for 7 days. We leave February 26th. Let the excercise madness, dieting and shopping begin. WHOOP WHOOP!
